Adults and children alike look forward to Halloween in which they can dress up in their favorite characters to attend parties and go trick-or-treating. A lot of money is spent on Halloween decorations, costumes, and of course, goodies!
This year the trends for Halloween costumes include Disney characters from Hannah Montana and High School Musical, princesses and mermaids are still very popular among young girls, Indiana Jones, and characters from Star Wars. Iron Man and Pikachu are also on the top ten for Halloween this year.
Star Wars characters have been very popular for years and this year is no exception. New this year is the Clonetrooper Leader Rex. This jumpsuit comes with body armor, belt, and a helmet. Anakin Skywalker and Darth Vader rank high in the list of Star Wars favorites. You can find Skywalker’s costume consisting of a tunic with armor, pants with boots attached, a belt, and a mask. The Darth Vader costume can be found in a complete package with helmet, mask, jumpsuit, chest piece, boot tops, cape, and belt. Trick-or-treaters can be a Star Wars hero or join the dark side with these great choices of costumes.
Disney’s High School Musical and Hannah Montana will be extremely popular costumes this year. Of course, Sharpay will be a favorite. Her costume has a sequin top, gold pants, and a headband! And, of course, you must include the pink sunglasses. This year you will find many young girls dressed up as Hannah Montana. Her sotume would not be complete without getting the Hannah Montana blonde wig and glittery microphone.
Speaking of Disney, Disney princesses and mermaids are always a classic favorite at Halloween. Whether you are a little girl or an adult woman, there’s a little “princess” inside. Costumes of each of the princesses are available in various stores. Sparkling mermaid costumes are also found in child and adult sizes.
Indiana Jones is on our top ten list for costumes this year. This costume can be found to include as Indiana Jones jacket, with shirt, pants and the infamous hat.
Due to the release of the movie “Iron Man” you can bet that this costume will be the choice of many young boys. Super heroes are always Halloween favorites among men and boys! And can you believe that Pokemon’s Pikachu costume is still a hit for toddlers. Any toddler will look adorable in this darling costume.
